About The Teacher
Dave Astro is a guitarist, composer, and instructor based in Los Angeles, CA, and Bern Switzerland. He is widely known for his work with musical agencies and his fusion group under his own name.
He has received his master’s degree in Studio Guitar at USC’s Thornton School of Music where he studied with such great artists as Paul Jackson Jr. Frank Potenza and Bruce Forman.

Dave has shared the stage with such artists as Jeff Hamilton, Bob Reynolds and Bob Mintzer. As an independent recording artist, Dave has released the singles “Yosemite”,“Errands” and most recently, the single “Future Messiah”.
