Hi, nice to meet you!

My name is Roxane DiMicelli. My lifelong passion for music began when I started voice and piano lessons at the age of 10. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from the esteemed San Francisco Conservatory of Music, I stepped away from music and explored the tech industry.

After a few years I was not happy.. In an effort to reconnect with my roots I found an amazing choir with which I started singing in San Jose. The company I was working for at the time decided to close our department so I took a leap and moved to the east coast (which I had been thinking about for a while). Luckily, I had been dating a wonderful person in New Jersey, who later became my husband. While working in New Jersey I happened to meet a few families who were looking for voice and piano lessons, that was the start of Jolie Musique. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, we quickly adapted, taking our school online and creating a vibrant virtual community.

With the support of my husband's business expertise, we transformed my music studio into a virtual school. In 2021, we felt like it was time for a change of scenery. Drawn by the warmth and charm of the Apex area, we moved to North Carolina and embarked on a new chapter of Jolie Musique.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve their musical dreams and goals. With a team of dedicated professionals who share the same passion, we provide an environment where individuals of all ages can thrive and explore their musical abilities and instilling confidence in our students. Whether you are a young aspiring musician, a vocalist seeking excellence, or an adult eager to reignite your musical passion, Jolie Musique School of the Arts warmly welcomes you!
